Getting your coins to you
Which courier do you use?
Every order is packed by us in-house and sent with Royal Mail. For higher-value orders we use a tracked service so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are almost always dispatched the same day. Otherwise we aim for dispatch within 24–48 hours. Delivery time after that depends on the Royal Mail service you chose at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated from the weight of your order and your delivery address. The full, final cost is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
If something goes sideways
I had to pay a fee to collect my parcel from the post office.
All our parcels leave us with the correct postage paid, but occasionally a stamp or label can come off in Royal Mail's sorting. If that ever happens to you, get in touch and we'll refund the surcharge in full.
My parcel hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Please give it 14 working days from dispatch first (Royal Mail can occasionally hold items longer than expected). After that, drop us a message and we'll open an investigation with Royal Mail to track the parcel down. If you've received a surcharge card in the meantime, we'll cover the fee.
